Today in class:
Language Arts; We read and started a discussion about the letters posted in the Revealers. We are also reading an article written by a BHS student regarding the use of the word gay in the expression "That's so gay". We are also getting ready for our guest speaker John Halligan. Ms. Quinn will be preparing students for the assembly.
Math: We are solving word problems that use GCF or LCM. Today we did a problem involving Halloween Candy.
Social Studies: We did an internet scavenger hunt about Mexico. Students had to answer geographical questions as well as cultural questions.
Science: We took our nervous system test today. Next we begin the digestive system.
Creative Writing: Students wrote stories about Halloween.
